The Cubby Bear Team Requirements

In consideration for sponsorship, all potential teams must submit the following:

• A team roster
• A list of team members' shirt sizes

In return, Cubby Bear will provide your team with:

• T-shirts
• 50% off the bar tab (not including specials)
• $3 MGD 64 bottles
• $100 towards registration at the end of season (pending approval)
• Teams will receive priority seating if there happens to be a Cubs’ home game that day.
