Sign Up
There are several ways to start playing in our leagues:
Team Signup
- By Credit Card: Click on the sport that you want to sign up for on the upper left corner of this page. Then click on "upcoming leagues" and on the exact league's "sign up" button. You'll be asked some basic info about you and your assistant captain as well as your team name. Also, new to registration, we ask for teammate's t-shirt sizes for some leagues and email addresses. We only accept Visa and MasterCard.
- By Check: Click on the sport that you want to sign up for on the upper left corner of this page. Then click on "upcoming leagues" and on the exact league's "sign up" button. Print that form and fill in all the requested information. You can mail the form in with your check made payable to Players Sports Group to 3617 N. Ashland, Chicago, IL 60613. A spot will not be held for your team until we receive your check.
- By Cash: If paying by cash, we recommend stopping by our office to pay in person.
Individual Signup
- By Credit Card: Click on the sport that you want to sign up for on the upper left corner of this page. Then click on "upcoming leagues". Any league that has a $ amount for an "indy" signup is available to sign up for by yourself or with some of your friends. Click on the $ amount to begin the signup process. If you are signing up more people than just yourself, you will have to pay for each person in your group. Be sure to pick all of the available leagues you (and your friends) are available to play in. The more specific leagues you choose, the better chance you'll have of getting placed onto a team. You are obligated to play in any league you choose that you are placed in. However, each person will only be placed into one league per season. If you have enough friends for a team, click on the "sign up" button to register a full team instead.
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your registration form. If you aren't placed onto a team for any reason, your credit card will be refunded in full. There is no need to contact our office to initiate a refund. All refunds are done promptly once we know if you are not able to be placed onto a team. If you are placed onto a team, we will contact you with more info. - By Check or Cash: Please call our office at 773-528-1999 for instructions on how to register as an individual paying by cash or a check.
- Through our Message Board: If you're not ready to completely commit to signing up as an "indy", you can try putting a post on our message board. Many teams have been formed and individuals picked up as a result of the message board. If you are feeling motivated, you can start your own team here too! Click here to go to the Message Board.
